I rec'd it pretty quickly but there was no manual to throw away. or reference. the quality of the cord and plug looked excellent but when I hooked it up to the car, it only read that it was charging at about 15A. I pushed buttons and tried to find a way to increase it but was stymied. It may be going back if I can't get it to charge as advertised. Edit - it charges as advertised. Not sure why it only read 15A at first but it I'm glad to say it works fine now.You can spend a lot of money on a level 2 charger. Don't do it! This charger does the job, has a very convenient long cable and gets the job done. *Note-If you have those fancy new arc fault sensor breakers in your panel, the charger seems to interfere with them. This isn't really a flaw of the charger, it's the arc fault breakers that are sensing problems that don't exist. Switching to a basic breaker solves it.This is a perfect replacement for our Chrysler Pacifica. I like that it has a display that tells us how much per it's used. Wish it would keep the display after the car is fully charged.This is not a standard outlet plug this will require an adapter to work in a regular outlet google nema 6-20p before you buy to see if it will work for you I asked and was told it would currently searching locally for a solutionNice charger, charges my Volt in 2 hours. Wish there was a provision for mounting it on the wall.Great charger! Performs consistently and for a much lower price tag than Tesla charger. No problems and charges at a rate of 33 miles per hour. More than enough for a home charger. Will be buying another to keep in my car.Works great, keeps end of charger off the ground clean and dry for our next charge.
