Product arrived damaged with a broken plastic lid hinge. To avoid lost time and extra shipping cost, Amazon contacted the seller and they sent me a new one within days! I was very impressed with how quickly they solved the issue. I haven’t installed the battery pack in my trailer yet, but it looks like a good product at a good price point. Southwest was the only company that I found which offered a 10 amp hour battery to ensure plenty of battery capacity. I plan to use it to power my interior LED lighting.
